Drivers

Responsibilities:

• Operate the vans safely and efficiently.
• Assist with loading and unloading items.
• Ensure timely delivery of items to specified locations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and operation of vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Complete the necessary paperwork and documentation for each move.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
• Handle items with care, ensuring their security and condition during transit.
• Communicate effectively with the moving team and customers to coordinate the moving process.

Requirements:

• A clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
• Good navigational skills and knowledge of local roads.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.

Porters

Responsibilities:

• Safely pack, load, and unload items for residential and commercial moves.
• Ensure the security and condition of items during transit.
• Assist drivers with the moving process.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving process.
• Handle items with care and attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with the moving team to complete tasks efficiently.
